Get the latest version of StoneCAD®
All Available Versions:
- Windows Update StoneCAD® Application (4.75 MB) This package will run on a Windows computer and assist in updating or installing the current version of StoneCAD®.
- Mac OS X Update StoneCAD® Application (3 MB) This package will run on a Mac OS X computer and assist in updating or installing the current version of StoneCAD®.
This application will update your registration information, help identify what you currently have installed, what you need to be current and point you to the right StoneCAD® Installer.
StoneCAD® is a tool intended for designers who have professional application(s) used to visualize and document building designs - like CAD, or 3D image creation and editing applications

The Update StoneCAD® application will need to run on a machine connected to the internet. It's ok if you download a version below that runs on a different machine from the target machine for the StoneCAD® installation. For instance if your CAD station is on a PC and not connected to the internet, but you are currently viewing this page from a Mac - download the Mac version of the Update StoneCAD® app. The Update StoneCAD® application will guide you through getting StoneCAD® up and running on the CAD station.
Windows Instructions:
After downloading, double-click RegUpdate.exe
Mac OS X Instructions:
After downloading, double-click 'RegUpdateMac.dmg' (which will mount an disc image file to your desktop). Run the 'StoneCAD Update Application' contained on that disc.
Notes
- Requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later
- The compressed installer should be recognized by Stuffit Expander and should automatically be expanded after downloading. If it is not expanded, you can expand it manually using StuffIt Expander 6.0 or later.
- If you have any problems launching the installer once it has been expanded, make sure that the compressed installer was expanded using Stuffit Expander. If you continue to have problems, please contact technical support.
